Design and Construction of a 4 storey self storage facility
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
lol英雄联盟积分新版v3.5(lol英雄联盟季节今日可靠) Construction has been awarded the contract to construct a new 4 storey self storage facility which will be operated by Kennards Self Storage.
The build, which is Stage 1 of a planned development, will house 504 self storage units of varying sizes.
The scope comprises a solid concrete slab ground, walls and columns, portal framed interior and the 3 tone cladding synonymous with Kennards Self Storage’s corporate branding.
Stage 2 will be delivered separately.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
Although located in Wind Region B, the client is keen to future-proof the building by catering for Wind Region C, which means a 20% increase in structural integrity.
We will need to coordinate the provision of services for Stage 2 works.
