Refurbishment and extension of an existing 1920’s grand stand building
The project at the Northern District Cricket Club was divided into three zones:
Zone 1 –
the refurbishment of the existing amenities which involves the demolition of internal walls, ceilings, bench seats and fittings to create a larger change room;
Zone 2 – the construction of a new shower room; and
Zone 3 – the construction of a new store room with a suspended slab over for future expansion.
The new construction has a face brickwork facade which matches the existing building.
lol英雄联盟积分新版v3.5(lol英雄联盟季节今日可靠) Construction was given a 7 week program to complete the works before the start of the cricket season so managing time was the most important aspect of the project.
The site is located in a high populated area with local schools utilising the oval frequently. The majority of the facilities needed to remain fully operational during construction. Work was carried out to ensure minimal disruption to the neighbours, school patrons and the local environment.
The client’s superintendant, Mike Langford commented –
“Very good communication from the project team who were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.”
