PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The scope of works included:
- Remediation of existing contaminated land, including geotechnical testing and compaction.
- Design and construction of a new warehouse facility, including an office.
- Reticulation of all associated services, including fire, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
The project was completed within a tight time-frame by adopting proven methods of construction techniques, including construction of the foundations, erection of the structure, cladding the walls and roof structure and, finally, the pour and detailed finish of the internal concrete slabs to expedite the program.
