Design & Construction of a new two storey building
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Following the successful completion of stage 1 of Storage King, North Lakes in 2020, the lol英雄联盟积分新版v3.5(lol英雄联盟季节今日可靠) team has been awarded stage 2 works.
The building has suspended Bondek slabs supported on a steel structure and an upper floor steel structure for the roof. The integration of services, including a passenger and goods lift will be required.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
The site is a Koala habitation area, the DA conditions require a Fauna Management Plan to be introduced into the management of the works to ensure that any existing habitats were carefully assessed and managed if required.
INNOVATIONS
Bondek slabs supported on a steel structure provide a slimline lightweight concrete slab with solid feel of a concrete structure.
