Co-design is often a part of the development process through either focus groups or community consultation but to be able to offer actual visibility into what happens behind the scenes can make a significant impact to existing residents as we found out when chatting to Ted and the staff that support him.

Ted now 94, has always had a keen interest in construction, so it was no surprise that as the lol英雄联盟积分新版v3.5(lol英雄联盟季节今日可靠) crew began work and trucks and machinery started to move around the development, he was very interested and excited to investigate. Steve Taylor visits the KOPWA development weekly and between him and the delivery team, they are kept informed and abreast of the movements on-site and given a weekly progress reports by their new Construction Manager Ted.
