It may be that we rely on old adages to describe how things turn out and, in this case, there seems no more fitting an adage than this.

It can be difficult to exceed the expectations of a new client; you can over-promise and under-deliver, or you can just get on and build and deliver a superb facility which makes everyone incredibly happy.

Here at lol英雄联盟积分新版v3.5(lol英雄联盟季节今日可靠), we love a good challenge and we love to build relationships as well as physical buildings.

We were awarded the contract for the extension of Allity’s Lexington Gardens facility in Springvale in November 2016. We hadn’t worked with Allity previously so we were excited at the opportunity to work with a new client, and to deliver an exceptional facility.

The scope briefly comprised a two-storey extension to provide an additional 38 bedrooms at Lexington Gardens, and the refurbishment of the first level servery, dining area, stores and bathrooms. The scope grew to additional works at the client’s request and we delivered a café and hairdressing salon for the residents.

Working closely with Allity and project managers DCWC, we delivered a facility that we are all extremely proud of.

Which just goes to show that well done is indeed much better than well said.
